StylistOnline.com does not provide refunds for DVDs, Software or other purchased items. We will make a reasonable attempt to replace defective items. We consider defective items as blank dvd and software discs. Most Dvd problems such as "freezing" or "skipping" can often be corrected by cleaning the dvd with window cleaner and or cleaning your dvd player.
